Do retired and disabled members have the same privileges as regular members?

No but they have access to press releases and other documents. They also have access to counseling services and exclusive discounts. No other services are available to them. They may attend general meetings, but may not vote or submit their candidacy for an elected office. They may, however, serve on a committee.
