There is a problem with my electronic transmissions to insurers. What should I do?

Consult the list of main error messages and the answers to the most frequently asked questions in the Réseau ACDQ Introductory Handbook for Dental Offices. They will help you correct errors that occur when entering information in your dental software or your patients’ personal data.

However, please check these two things first:

  • You are actually registered with Réseau ACDQ;
  • The information entered in the software actually matches the information shown on the patient's most recent insurance card.
