Job description:
• Position type: Associate dentist
• Initial status: Part-time (2-3 days a week)
• Evolution: Possibility to go full-time
• Outlook: Possible association and/or acquisition for a dentist wishing to make a long-term commitment

Your responsibilities
Clinical care
• Provide high-quality dental care in general dentistry and/or in your areas of interest.
• Establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Supervise the work of one to two dental hygienists.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Practice development
• Benefit from a loyal customer base and a steady stream of new inquiries, offering both stability and opportunities for growth.
• Develop the practice fields you are passionate about.
• Participate in the clinic’s growth according to your interests and availability.
Collaboration and leadership (optional)

Desired profile:
Training and professional status
• Dentistry diploma (DMD or DDS)
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des dentistes du Québec (ODQ)
• Current professional insurance
• Valid Quebec licence to practice
