New graduates

As President of the Association des chirurgiens dentistes du Québec (ACDQ), I speak on behalf of our 4,300 members in congratulating you on earning your dental medicine degree. Welcome to this wonderful profession!

During your studies, you had the opportunity to meet Dr. Marie-Ève Boucher, our Dental Consultant, to discuss your future practice. More recently, our team talked to a number of you at the Journées dentaires internationales du Québec (JDIQ). It is always a pleasure to see you, regardless of the occasion.

Your professional association will now take over from your university for the rest of your career: It will be your guiding light in every step you take as a dentist, thanks to its support and resources. One of these resources is the Fee Guide and Description of Dental Treatment Services, a recognized reference tool. Others include Réseau ACDQ and ACDQ Express, which enable the electronic transmission of patient claims to insurers, and Dentaide, our system of guaranteed direct payment for the insured portion of dental care.
