Associate Dentist, Partnership Potential

I am looking for an associate dentist to join me at our established dental clinic in downtown Montreal.

Our clinic has been caring for a loyal patient base for 40 years and offers a modern, multidisciplinary and collaborative work environment. I am looking for a dentist who would like to develop their practice alongside mine, integrate into our team and clientele, and potentially become a partner in the clinic in the short term.

The position

• Percentage-based compensation.

• 4 or 5 days per week, flexible and to be discussed.

• Opportunity to develop your own patient base and production within an established clinic.

• Possibility of partnership in the short term for the right candidate.

The goal is to find a professional who is looking for more than a temporary associate position — someone interested in becoming an important part of the clinic's future.
