What we’re looking for:

An independent, professional, and motivated dentist
A strong interest in cosmetic dentistry and the quality of the patient experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial vision and a desire to become an owner within 2 years
Team spirit, leadership, and a sense of initiative
Attention to detail and a rigorous clinical approach
Experience with Invisalign, cosmetic restoration, or digital dentistry (a plus)
