We are recruiting members for three committees | Submit your application by noon on January 19

Are you passionate about your profession and want to play a key role in your association? Following recent changes to the composition of its committees, the ACDQ has three positions to fill on three of them. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and protection of your profession.

Participation is open to everyone!
Regardless of your experience or type of practice, there may be a place for you on one of these committees, which are expected to meet on the following dates:
• Finance Committee (1 seat): Friday, April 24 at 8:30 a.m. and Friday, October 16 at 8:00 a.m.
• Member Services Committee (1 seat for a percentage dentist): Friday, May 1 and Friday, November 6 at 8:30 a.m.
• Fee and Nomenclature Committee (1 seat): Friday, February 13, and Friday April 17, at 8:30 a.m.

Participating in a committee is easy and rewarding!
• One to two meetings per year
• Meetings are always held by videoconference
• You receive an attendance fee as compensation, in accordance with the Association's attendance allowance policy
• The term of office is one year, renewable once, at maximum

How to apply?
All applicants must read the “ACDQ Code of Ethics and Declaration of Interest” (in French), fill it out, and sign it. They must also complete the “Committee Application Form” and send both documents to: [email protected] no later than Monday, January 19, 2026, at noon.

If you have submitted your candidacy in the past and it was not selected, we encourage you to submit it again.
