Who are we?
Our clinic has been located in downtown Montreal for over 40 years. It is fully digitized, with state-of-the-art technologies such as iTero Lumina, Glidewell io and Claio crown milling systems, and AI assistance to facilitate data collection. We treat an adult clientele that is mostly insured and invested in the success of their dental health. We are not affiliated with the RAMQ. Our work environment is friendly and organized so that everyone can provide good support to the team. We organize occasional team calibration and training meetings with the goal of always exceeding our goals. We offer most general dentistry treatments, and our senior dentists with over 20 years of experience are available to provide mentoring. Our rapidly expanding clinic welcomes an average of 70 new patients per month.

What we offer:
Commission-based compensation min. 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays to start) + 1-2 Saturdays per month starting in March 2026. 35% restorative, 25% hygiene adjusted according to production. Freedom to practice endodontics, periodontics, and surgery. Mentoring as needed. Extensive hygiene supervision for broad diagnostic potential. A dynamic and well-trained team to support you. What we are looking for:
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience. 2 employment references to support your CV. Bilingualism essential (French-English). A valid ODQ license to practice, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and unmatched chairside gentleness.
