Associate Dentist - Downtown Montreal

Associate doctor: Downtown Montreal, adult clientele, part-time, guaranteed base pay for up-to 3 months.

Downtown Montreal fully digitized dental clinic, with state-of-the-art technology and adult clientele, seeks a dentist on commission basis 2 days/week and 2 Saturdays per month starting March 2026. General practice offering a wide range of treatments -restorative, endo, perio, surgery. Mentorship available. Abundant hygiene supervision in our growing clinic - Monthly average of 70 new patients.

Minimum clinical experience of 2-3 years desired - Bilingualism mandatory (French-English).

Associate % paid on adjusted production. Financial growth opportunity based on a tiered production scale.

The candidate must hold a valid ODQ-issued licence and must be in good standing with the order, have strong communication skills, teamsmanship, and impeccable chair-side manners. 2 employer references required to support the CV application.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Utilize dental software such as Dentitek for patient management and record-keeping.
Communicate effectively with patients in both French and English to ensure understanding of procedures and care.
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to maintain a smooth workflow in the office.
Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in operative dentistry to enhance patient care.
